Tathra Beachside has a small and intimate, registered long- term casual section, located at the northern end of our park and with direct beach access. Below you will find our current sale listings for this area. Please note the prices below include the dwelling and contents. Sites are occupied by an occupation lease agreement, for information on the lease conditions, length of lease and annual storage fees, please send through an enquiry.

We have several holiday cabin styles which have been carefully designed with the parks long term casual sites in mind. If you currently occupy a long term casual site at Tathra Beachside we encourage you to upgrade your caravan and annex to a new fully compliant holiday cabin, please arrange an appointment with our park manager to discuss designs. Unfortunately, we dont have any vacant sites available for new holiday cabins, but these will be listed as they come available. Alternatively, if you were to purchase a current van and annex it could also be upgraded to one of our designs.
