The town is amazing and this is the place to stay. A great place to relax with the friends I was staying with, heaps of activities for their kids to keep busy with and right on the beach. Staff were great and friendly too.

My review is based off my families day visit to use the facilities, meaning the splash zone for our 2 kids.
My wife and our 2 kids were actually staying in Merimbula at the time of our visit, so to mix up our activities during the great weather we payed $10 per person to use their site facilities.
The water park, jumping pillow and a shower once finished were all fantastic. The kids were entertained for a few hours with the splash zone and pool while the wife and I sat on the lounge chairs in the shade.

The water park and beach is all you need to keep young kids happy. Despite being very busy it was quiet at night. We stayed in a newly built cabin and there were a few things yet to be resolved but didn't lessen our stay in any way. Had a great time and loved the local MTB trails. 200Mb WiFi per night included.

Just got back from 2 weeks at Tathra Beachside Holiday Park and what a great time we had. The location of the park is fantastic being right on the beach. The park provides regular entertainment includjng Frankie J Holden as a regular host/singer. Lots of daytime entertainment for the kids too. Staff are always friendly and ready to help. See you next year for sure.

What a wonderful place with incredible staff! This hotel set up is Fanta! The staff the view the grounds are just fantastic! We had a large family unit for 6 and it was so good.
Convenient to everything. Definitely recommended.

We stayed here in September with our 8 year old on a powered site with a caravan. It is a brilliant park. Has the best camp kitchen area we’ve seen, so welcoming & clean & adjacent to the kids playground which is great for pre-school to mid primary kids.
It was cold when we were here but that didn’t stop our child using the great splash park & pool. The park offers lots of kids activities during the holidays, movie nights, talent nights & we really enjoyed the camp fire & toasting marshmallows! The adults favourite bit is the onsite coffee van it was great!
The beachfront location is exactly that, you are on the beach. Lovely to walk along & take the steps up the cliff to the Hotel for a great meal & whale watching. There is also some great mountain bike tracks just up from the park if you’re a keen rider.
A great little park, with everything thought of & just a really welcoming & fun atmosphere.

We just spent a week at this park with our three kids aged 7, 4 and 2. The park itself is very neat and clean. The kids absolutely loved the splash park, playground and jumping pillow.
We stayed in one of Beach Houses. It’s was HUGE! It is even bigger than it looks in the photos. My parents stayed with us for some of the time and it was certainly big enough for 4 x adults and 3 x kids.
The houses are well equipped with everything you could need. When they say beach front it’s no exaggeration. The front deck is literally meters from the beach entrance.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
I could not fault the place. We will definitely be returning and I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for great family holiday with young kids (or anyone of any age really!).

What an amazing place. Stayed in one of the Safari tents. What a great idea. Great water park for kids, right on the beach, coffee van and Sunday burger night with entertainment from no other than Frankie J Holden. Highly recommend

Stayed in one of the new “surf shacks” could not fault anything, location, amenities, beachside location all fantastic.
Amazing staff always happy and helpful.
Tathra is a fabulous place to holiday even in winter.
We will definitely be returning and staying longer.

This great seaside park lived up to every bit of the praise I'd heard about it! We stayed in a spacious, spotless, extremely dog-friendly mini home-away-from home, and from the minute we arrived felt the relaxed vibe that the place exudes. We stayed mid-week in winter, and missed the activities around the park. Didnt have the need to use the camp-kitchen, however it't the best I've ever seen. Cant wait to return and will stay longer than the 2 nights we had, and will definitely take our fishing rods! The beach is literally at your front door in the right villa, kangaroos were roaming around after dark, there's a firepit at the ready each night, a professional dog wash, the list goes on. Our stay was a real highlight of our recent road trip. Love love loved it!

We are a family of 4 & stayed in the safari tents. It was Winter so we were unsure how cold it would be in the tent but there were electric blankets on the main bed & spare bedding available without any issue. A supplied heater was great too. But the tent stayed very cosy at night. Clean, all cooking supplies including own fridge (own BBQ& ensuite just next to the tent.)The parks's staff & facilities were brilliant. Friendly & helpful with lots of local hints & tips. Activities most days for the kids and adults alike ( outdoor movie, sing along, games/craft) onsite coffee van and able to buy milk was handy! Felt very safe - walked to bowls club for dinner, cafes and chemist across the road. Best souvalaki from the fish & chip shop! ( small supermarket, P.O & butcher at the top of the hill . Do not miss the cafe at the famous old wharf ( no EFTPOS though!) Our family had a quiet, relaxing time and did not get bored ( stayed 1 week) Please visit to support this town after recent bushfires! AND as we were packing up on the last day a mother Southern Right Whale & her calf came right into the small bay at the front of our tent.. Magical sight! Happy family memories!!
